As a small company, working with us has its trade-offs, which needs to feel right if you choose to become a client! We are a very informal & relaxed office, a place you can just stop by without calling or to say hello, a place with in-person meetings (unless you're, for example, in Florida -- in which case, it's a phone call!). And a phone is answered by a human being – well, unless that human being is at the gym over lunch.
Most of the planning & discussions with clients are just that -- two-way conversations with lot of questions & good information & hopefully some laughs, but not a 25-page computer-generated software program that does hypothetical calculations or simulations.
We don't offer dinner seminars. We don’t advertise. We don't have "junior vs. senior" advisors or rules about how much money you need to meet with us. We don't categorize our clients based on level of wealth. What we ARE is high-touch & highly personalized -- hopefully personable, too!
There is no question or issue too small that we won't take the time to answer, or to help. That can sometimes mean helping with issues that are outside of the traditional "financial planning" area, & it means you'll never feel like just a piece of cookie-cutter data inputted into a computer somewhere.
